We strive to ship all new orders within 15-30 business days (Monday-Friday) depend of the customer location. You should receive an email when your order ships containing the tracking number and estimated time of arrival.
Please note: shipping to PO Boxes, APO and FPO will incur additional charges based on package size and weight. We will contact you after the order is placed to review the shipping costs.
Lost or Missing Packages:
If you have any problems with delivery or have not received your order as scheduled please contact us at online@bebbco.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. Any claims made after 7 days may be denied.
Returns
We want you to be happy with your purchase and thus we offer a 45 day return policy. If 45 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, please include a note with your return containing your NAME, ORDER #, ITEM(S) RETURNED, and REASON FOR RETURN.
