Based on the provisions of Art. 13. and Art. 27. of the Law on Consumer Protection (Official Gazette of RS 62/2014), our valued consumers who buy goods through our online store

Informs

that the sale of goods through our website is carried out within the registered activity of our company, together with the address for reporting complaints.

  • that the basic features of the goods can be found on our website.
  • that according to the Law on Consumer Protection (Official Gazette of RS, No. 62/2014), a purchase through our website is considered a distance sale.
  • that the goods sold through our website have the properties required for the regular use of that type of goods in accordance with its purpose as defined in the Declaration;
  • that the selling price of the goods is indicated with each item;
  • that all prices are expressed with VAT included;
  • we deliver the purchased goods within 30 days via the courier service you choose in the basket, as defined on the TERMS OF DELIVERY page – that the possibility of purchasing goods with special price benefits and/or with special sales incentives (promotional sales) is carried out in accordance with the conditions published on our website.
  • that the consumer can pay for the goods he buys through our website by prominent payment cards at the time of purchase on the website;
  • the consumer, when creating the purchase order, by pressing the CONFIRM button, assumes the obligation to pay for the ordered goods;
  • that the conformity of the goods to the contract is determined EXCLUSIVELY according to the properties and purpose of the goods as defined in the corresponding Declaration;
  • that our site is obliged to deliver goods that are in accordance with the contract. If the delivered goods are not in accordance with the contract, the consumer who informed the seller about the non-conformity, has the right to demand from the seller to eliminate the non-conformity, without compensation, by repair or replacement, i.e. to demand a price reduction or to terminate the contract with respect to the goods. All costs that are necessary for the goods to conform to the contract, especially the costs of work, materials, collection and delivery, are borne by our website.
  • that in the case of receiving the goods, the consumer finds that he wants to exchange the article for another article, which may be larger, smaller or in the same price category than the one previously ordered, the consumer can exchange the article within 14 days as defined on the EXCHANGE page.
  • that in case of receipt of the goods, the consumer does not want to keep them, he has the right to withdraw from the contract and refund the amount of the paid purchase price for the goods in question, within 14 days as defined on the page RIGHT TO WITHDRAW.
  • that for the goods ordered through the ONLINE store, the consumer has the right to declare a complaint on the already used product, in the manner defined for the goods purchased through the ONLINE store. You can find the method and procedure for filing a complaint on the COMPLAINTS page.

Delivery conditions

Delivery time

After confirmation, the order enters processing status. After processing the order, you will be informed about the status of your order via email.
The order processing period is usually 2-3 working days. For all orders placed on Fridays and weekends, the seller will contact you at the beginning of the following week.
From that moment, the delivery period is up to 30 working days.

Reciving package

The courier service (an external company that delivers goods for us) will deliver the parcels to the delivery address .Please ensure that during that period there is a person at the address who can collect the shipment. When picking up the shipment, you need to visually inspect the package to make sure there are no visible damages. If you notice that the transport box is significantly damaged and you suspect that the product may be damaged, refuse to receive the shipment and notify us immediately, by calling our number or via the e-mail designated for contacting us. If the shipment is apparently undamaged, feel free to collect the shipment and sign the courier’s address book.

Complaints/Refunds

Complaints about damage in transport

It is very important that you immediately report any damage in transit, visible on the product packaging, to the courier who delivers the goods to you. The buyer is obliged to report any damage during transport within 24 hours of receiving the goods.
If you notice such damage, do not sign for the receipt of the shipment or ask the courier to wait until you check whether the damage to the packaging caused damage to the product itself or the loss of parts. If the product is not damaged, and all parts are numbered, sign the receipt of the shipment.
Complaints about data or the wrong type of goods
If you received the shipment and after opening the box found that the delivered goods do not correspond to the ordered ones or the data on the invoice are not correct, please call us by phone or send an e-mail with your data (name , last name, phone) to our e-mail address and describe what kind of problem you have.

We undertake to use your personal data exclusively for the purposes of technical administration of the website, in order to give you access to special information or to communicate with you. We undertake not to sell the data we have to third parties, even on the market. The employees of our online store are obliged to respect the confidentiality of your data.
We will never misuse your private information in any way.
We will not hand over your contact information to third parties, unless we are required to do so by law.
In addition to the above, we collect, analyze and process data about the products that our visitors search for and buy, as well as about the pages they visit. We use this data to improve the offer and appearance of our pages, and enable you to use it more easily, make your shopping safer and more comfortable.

You can pay for the products you want to order through the online store in several ways:

money order at the bank
payment cards during the purchase process on the site.

Payment by money order at the bank

For orders whose payment is made by payment in a bank, the deadline for payment is 30 working days. We will send the goods to you after the recorded payment.

Payment by cards

You can pay for your order using a Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Dina, Amex or Maestro payment card. The card must be approved by the issuing bank for online (Internet) payment.
When ordering online, by selecting the appropriate payment method, you will be redirected to the Intesa bank page, which is protected and safe for this type of payment. Your payment card data is not available to our system for a single moment.

On this page you need to enter the following information:

Card number, expiration date and CVC2/CVV2 code, which you can read from your card.

When entering payment card data, confidential information is transmitted via a public network in a protected (encrypted) form using the SSL protocol and the PKI system, as currently the most modern cryptographic technology.

Data security during purchases is guaranteed by the payment card processor, Banca Intesa ad Beograd, so the entire payment process is carried out on the bank’s website.

Payment card information is not available to our system at any moment.

All payments will be made in the local currency of the Republic of Serbia – dinar (RSD).

For informative display of prices in other currencies, the middle exchange rate of the National Bank of Serbia is used. The amount for which your payment card will be charged will be expressed in your local currency through conversion to the same at the exchange rate used by the card organizations, which cannot be known to us at the time of the transaction. As a result of this conversion there is a possibility of a slight difference from the original price listed on our website. Thank you for your understanding.

Refund

Contact us on email to the address: online@bebbco.com information about your account/shipping number, your JMBG (optional), the dinar current account number and the name of the bank where you have the specified account.
When you provide the necessary data, documentation will be created that will be forwarded to you with the refund procedure to the email address you left when creating the order.

Refunds are made exclusively in the above-mentioned manner, by payment to a dinar current account, and it is not possible to send money by courier in cash.

In the case of returning goods or refunding funds to a customer who previously paid with one of the payment cards, in part or in full, and regardless of the reason for the return, Bebbco is obliged to make the refund exclusively via VISA, EC/MC and Maestro payment methods. This means that at the request of the seller, the bank will refund the funds to the account of the cardholder.
You cannot send the ordered item to the addresses listed on the shipping invoice without prior contact and agreement with the operators of the online store, which is listed above.
Any such package will be returned to the sender at the sender’s expense.

REPLACEMENT OF GOODS

The product can be exchanged for another within the legal term, provided that it is not damaged and used, and the return costs are borne by the buyer. The customer may or may not state the reasons for the exchange. The exchange must be made within the legal term of 14 days from the day of receipt of the shipment. In the event of a deviation from the specified specification or a defect, we undertake to replace the product with a correct one, and all costs are borne by our store. The warranty is not valid in the event of a defect resulting from improper use. In the case of exchanging the product for another size, the seller is obliged to make the exchange if the product is in stock. If the purchased product for which a replacement is requested is not in stock, the seller is obliged to replace the product with another product at the customer’s request, with a possible surcharge or return of the difference in price. In the event that there is no possibility of replacement, the seller is obliged to return the money to the buyer, and the return costs are borne by the buyer. For valid complaints, the seller bears all transport costs.
